Production/Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate pharmaceutical production activities during the night shift to ensure efficient operations
• Manage employees through coaching, discipline, performance evaluations, and scheduling
• Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company standards regarding quality, health, and safety
• Analyze and monitor quality and occupational health and safety (OHS) issues
• Ensure team members have the necessary tools, information, and training to perform their duties
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and maintain production documentation
• Assist with the hiring process, including conducting interviews

Requirements

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the pharmaceutical or food manufacturing industry
• Bachelor's degree in Science (mandatory)
• Proven experience managing large teams
• Strong leadership, resourcefulness, and communication skills
• Proficiency in French (required for operational and regulatory compliance)
• Solid knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Demonstrated skills in continuous improvement techniques
