Production Manager Warehouse & Logistics

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the warehouse and logistics department both operationally and strategically
• Ensure delivery precision, efficiency, and profitability
• Manage daily operations and ensure correct staffing and resources based on order intake
• Hold overall personnel and work environment responsibility for approximately 14 employees
• Ensure structured warehouse management with correct materials and volumes
• Maintain compliance with food hygiene requirements
• Drive internal development and improvement projects within logistics

Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience in warehouse and logistics
• Extensive experience in logistics planning and transport booking
• Proven experience in development and improvement work using LEAN
• University degree in Supply Chain or equivalent education
• Proficiency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong computer and system skills, preferably with SAP and Balthzar
• Valid B-driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment
