Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of operational strategy and day-to-day performance at the York site
• Monitor KPIs including costs, waste, labour, and OEE, driving corrective actions where necessary
• Lead continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives across production
• Ensure high standards of health & safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Maintain audit readiness and improve environmental, hygiene, and housekeeping standards
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing production teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve site-wide objectives

Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or operations leadership role
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse teams
• Solid understanding of HSE, quality standards, and cost control
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness with a customer-focused approach
