About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage daily production operations and production schedules
- Oversee the hardening and phosphating processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Monitor workflow between production stages and ensure achievement of KPIs and deadlines
- Handle production planning and optimize manufacturing processes
- Supervise technicians, operators, and production staff
- Troubleshoot production and machinery issues
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams
- Ensure implementation of health and safety regulations within the factory
- Prepare production reports and monitor productivity levels
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in production management
- Previous experience in Drywall Screws production is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in managing the complete production cycle
