Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive production activities for both batch and continuous processes to ensure production plan adherence, quality, and compliance.
• Manage the operational organization of approximately 50 people.
• Lead performance rituals and monitor KPIs including safety, quality, productivity, yields, and losses.
• Deploy and embed Manufacturing Excellence methodologies, including standards, visual management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
• Lead optimization projects related to processes, organization, performance, reliability, and digitalization.
• Accelerate digitalization by leveraging industrial data and tools such as MES, SAP, PI System, and Power BI.
• Collaborate closely with support functions including HSE, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Process Engineering.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering (Process, Chemistry, Industrial, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, ideally with batch and continuous processes.
• Proven experience in operational management within an industrial setting.
• Strong skills in Manufacturing Excellence, Lean methodologies, and problem-solving.
• Demonstrated experience in project management (scoping, milestones, coordination, and risk management).
• Proficiency with digital industrial tools and data, specifically MES, SAP, PI System, and Power BI.
• Strong field leadership, structured communication skills, and the ability to engage and motivate teams.
