Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations within a nonwovens production environment
• Supervise and develop production supervisors and their teams to ensure performance and accountability
• Promote and enforce a culture focused on safety, health, and environmental compliance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Monitor production performance metrics including output, scrap, downtime, and labor efficiency
• Ensure all production processes meet product specifications and quality standards
• Maintain accurate and timely production reporting within ERP systems
• Partner with maintenance, engineering, and supply chain teams to support production goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance in a fast-paced setting
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in nonwovens or fiber production
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM
• Experience in high-volume or continuous manufacturing environments
