Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage new product launches and scale-ups to ensure on-time PO acceptance and delivery
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners to deliver high-quality products and execute fast replenishment
• Participate in Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) to monitor on-time delivery and ex-factory performance
• Coordinate with planning teams to ensure readiness of fabrics, trims, and production capacity
• Monitor production statuses within the Vendor Portal
• Oversee fulfillment for manufacturing partners to ensure 24-hour shipping expectations and error-free orders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or Business Administration
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Proven track record in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain dynamics and inventory control
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
