Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of live production at the assigned location, including crew, vendors, technical aspects, and programming
• Lead production for all rooms at the assigned location, such as the TRL Live Auditorium, Passion Kids, and Passion Students
• Serve as a bridge between Passion City Church and the Trilith Live venue operation
• Build, grow, and lead a team of staff and volunteers (Door Holders) to execute events with excellence
• Ensure all production roles are scheduled and filled prior to gatherings
• Collaborate with pastors, artists, and producers to execute gatherings and events
• Improve systems and processes in a timely manner

Requirements

• At least 6 years of live production experience
• Experience leading volunteer crews in a live production environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred
• Ability to work a schedule of Monday - Thursday (9a - 5p) and all day Sunday
