About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate several manufacturing workshops to ensure global site performance
- Provide hierarchical and functional management to workshop managers, supporting their team leadership and daily performance
- Guarantee the achievement of production objectives regarding Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost
- Plan and anticipate human, material, and technical resources based on customer schedules and load variations
- Drive site ramp-up by defining and deploying recruitment, training, and skill development plans
- Lead and deploy productivity and continuous improvement plans (Lean, standards, flow and process optimization)
- Coordinate transversely with other site functions and provide regular reporting to management
Requirements
- 3-5 years of production management experience in an industrial environment
- Proven experience within a structured organization, managing teams and multiple interfaces
- Ability to drive industrial performance using indicators and production management tools
- Strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to make decisions and manage change
- Professional proficiency in English (both oral and written)

- Experience in an industrial growth or ramp-up context
- Strong culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Experience in a demanding industrial environment involving strict quality, safety, and audit standards
