Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a production team of approximately 40 people, fostering professional growth and ensuring safety and respect in the workplace
• Build an autonomous, high-performing, and responsible team through active engagement
• Drive sector performance improvements by applying Lean Manufacturing tools
• Anticipate customer needs and implement necessary actions, including team organization, training, and machine capacity planning
• Collaborate closely with site support services to achieve industrial excellence

• Proven experience in management, preferably within an industrial environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a team
• Rigorous, dynamic, and responsible approach to work
• Ability to thrive in a demanding and fast-paced professional context
