Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a production team of agents in collaboration with the unit manager
• Implement and monitor daily performance management best practices
• Drive continuous improvement studies and operational excellence within the production unit
• Develop team accountability and support operational management tasks
• Conduct management activities including feedback, coaching, and recognition sessions
• Work with support teams on transverse operational subjects such as flow studies, stock management, and polyvalence tracking

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree at the Bac +3 to Bac +5 level
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to adopt a managerial posture
• High level of rigor and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Troyes, France
