Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a production team of approximately 30-40 people, fostering professional development and autonomy.
• Ensure production goals are met while prioritizing personnel safety and well-being.
• Anticipate customer needs by managing team organization, training, and machine capacity.
• Drive sector performance improvements by applying Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Collaborate closely with various site support services to ensure operational excellence.

• Previous experience in a management role, preferably within an industrial environment.
