Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned production areas to meet output, quality, and safety targets
• Oversee production machinery, assembly processes, quality control, and packaging workflows
• Manage staffing levels, ensuring teams are appropriately sized, trained, and engaged
• Optimize production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and implement lean manufacturing principles
• Ensure sufficient inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess stock
• Enforce 5S principles to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, maintenance, and customer service teams to align with organizational goals
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a culture of accountability and professional development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 6 years of experience in manufacturing or production management
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality control
• Strong understanding of inventory management and manufacturing safety standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and implement effective operational solutions
