About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize, monitor, and control all production processes in grease and oil manufacturing
- Lead, motivate, and train the production team
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, as well as regulatory and certification requirements
- Plan and control the use of materials and resources, including raw materials and operating supplies
- Develop, optimize, and implement new production processes and technologies
- Analyze production processes and create reports using relevant key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with departments such as Quality Assurance, Technical, Purchasing, Sales, and Shipping
- Implement measures to increase efficiency and productivity using Lean and Kaizen methods
- Maintain standards in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001
Requirements
- Completed technical degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in production, ideally within grease/oil manufacturing or related industries
- Sound knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality management
- Proven experience in team leadership
- Strong analytical thinking, assertiveness, and communication skills
- Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office
- Experience with continuous improvement processes (CIP) and Lean methods (e.g., 6S, GEMBA)
