Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Organize, monitor, and control all production processes in grease and oil manufacturing
• Lead, motivate, and train the production team
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, as well as regulatory and certification requirements
• Plan and control the use of materials and resources, including raw materials and operating supplies
• Develop, optimize, and implement new production processes and technologies
• Analyze production processes and create reports using relevant key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with departments such as Quality Assurance, Technical, Purchasing, Sales, and Shipping
• Implement measures to increase efficiency and productivity using Lean and Kaizen methods
• Maintain standards in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001

Requirements

• Completed technical degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in production, ideally within grease/oil manufacturing or related industries
• Sound knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality management
• Proven experience in team leadership
• Strong analytical thinking, assertiveness, and communication skills
• Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office
• Experience with continuous improvement processes (CIP) and Lean methods (e.g., 6S, GEMBA)
