Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between tour/client production and the venue, advancing technical information, rider requirements, and staging needs.
• Interface with local contractors, vendors, and venue production teams regarding stagehands, security, and rental equipment.
• Manage day-of-show operations from load-in to load-out, ensuring adherence to schedules and cost containment.
• Handle show accounting and settlement with artists, including vendor payments.
• Track labor costs and maintain budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Coordinate and manage approved subcontractors and third-party vendors to ensure safe and successful events.
• Assist in onboarding and training production staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in live event or concert production (music venue or touring environment preferred).
• Technical knowledge of audio, lighting, video, electrical, and staging.
• Proficiency in Windows applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lift or move up to 75 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, loud, and fast-paced environment.

• Experience with artist hospitality.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
