Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between tour/private production and venues, including advancing technical information, rider requirements, and staging needs
• Interface with local contractors, vendors, and venue production teams regarding stagehands, security, and rental equipment
• Manage day-of-show operations from load-in to load-out, ensuring adherence to schedules and cost containment
• Oversee show settlement and manage artist and vendor payments
• Coordinate and manage approved subcontractors and third-party vendors to ensure safe and successful events

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Production Manager, promoter representative, or event coordinator
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel within the Southwest market as schedule dictates
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in Windows applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• General knowledge of venue operations
• Fluency in Spanish
