Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Enforce HS&E standards by implementing requirements and ensuring employee compliance
• Execute operational plans to meet business and customer needs
• Ensure strict adherence to work instructions and standardized procedures
• Lead continuous improvement efforts within the Operations team
• Develop, train, and grow team talent using training and skill matrices
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate operational risks while maintaining clear documentation

Requirements

• 5–10 years of plant operations experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations management
• Experience in the aviation or aerospace industry
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field
• Background in customer service
