Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor production fulfillment to meet customer expectations and company objectives.
• Coordinate direct and indirect personnel, providing necessary support, training, and skill development.
• Manage production resources and ensure the optimal timely startup of production lines.
• Monitor work-in-process (WIP) inventories and ensure compliance with production schedules.
• Oversee product quality for both in-process and finished goods.
• Ensure production lines comply with industrial safety standards and maintenance plans.
• Monitor material flow systems including Kanban, 2-bin, and HU's.
• Participate in Quality Circles and propose continuous improvements to processes and procedures using 5S and RACE methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with Quality and Environmental Management Systems.

Requirements

• Engineering degree is indispensable (Industrial, Electronic, or Mechanical).
• 2 to 4 years of experience in the metal-mechanical or automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of 5S, electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 standards and manufacturing processes.
• Proven skills in personnel management and supervision.
• Problem-solving capabilities.
• English proficiency is desirable.
