Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and control production foresightfully in cooperation with production management
• Ensure availability of machines, equipment, and resources through close coordination with technical and maintenance departments
• Drive improvements in workflows while maintaining safety, order, and cleanliness
• Act as the primary contact for shift leaders, coordinating daily business and making solution-oriented decisions
• Record and book production data in the SAP system to ensure transparent KPIs

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a manual or technical field
• Ideally completed further training as a Master (Meister) or Technician
• Initial experience in a production environment
• Proficiency in using SAP
• Previous experience in personnel leadership
• Structured and responsible working style with the ability to remain calm under pressure
