Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily production activities in a 3x8 shift environment
• Directly manage 3 team leaders and supervise a workforce of approximately 30 employees
• Guarantee the safety of all personnel and promote a strong culture of prevention
• Ensure production compliance with quality standards and established processes
• Achieve production targets regarding volume, productivity, yield, and deadlines
• Structure and improve production management methods within a newly commissioned high-tech factory
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production site
• Coordinate closely with maintenance, quality, logistics, and HR departments
• Provide regular and reliable reporting to the Site Director

Requirements

• Solid experience in industrial production management in a similar leadership role
• Proven ability to lead, decide, and structure teams in an operational environment
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement cultures
• Ability to manage and motivate teams within a 3x8 shift organization
• Fluency in English is mandatory for daily operations
