Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, and supervise all production activities on site
• Manage schedules and task distribution in 2x8 or 3x8 shifts
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality rules (GMP, HACCP, traceability)
• Guarantee proper startup, adjustment, and shutdown of lines in coordination with maintenance
• Control product conformity and drive corrective actions for non-conformity
• Manage, animate, and train teams through briefings and skill monitoring
• Track performance indicators (yield, losses, scrap rate) and write reports
• Manage operational priorities and communicate with logistics, quality, and maintenance departments
• Participate in continuous improvement actions (5S, Lean, quality)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production team management (agri-food or similar industry)
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP, GMP) and traceability procedures
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Leadership and ability to manage teams in 2x8/3x8 shifts
• Availability for occasional on-call duties
• Driver's license (Permis B) preferred
