Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute production schedules and monitor performance metrics including output, yield, efficiency, and downtime.
• Plan and manage shift scheduling and manpower deployment to meet production targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop permanent and temporary staff to meet operational requirements.
• Conduct employee performance reviews based on defined KPIs to assess competency and productivity.
• Monitor and improve key production KPIs such as OEE, throughput, wastage, and labor productivity.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure timely and accurate production reporting in SAP, including output confirmation and BOM updates.
• Maintain full compliance with Corporate and site EHS, PSM, ISO, FSSC, GMP, and Food Safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Food Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Food or FMCG industry.
• 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Solid understanding of EHS, Food Safety, and regulatory standards such as FSSC 22000 and ISO 14001.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FAMI-QS, Halal, Kosher, and Process Safety Management (PSM) standards.
• Proven ability to drive cultural change and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-changing, high-pressure environment.
