Production Manager

About the Company

Hallmarc National Projects is an Australia-wide, end-to-end turnkey fitout company with over 22 years of building industry experience. We deliver fitouts across Retail, Hospitality and Commercial sectors, supported by our in-house joinery manufacturing facility on the Gold Coast.

Responsibilities

• Own the factory production schedule end-to-end, including planning, sequencing, and prioritizing jobs
• Manage supplier relationships and procurement for timber, hardware, and specialty materials
• Lead, develop, and manage the factory team, including cabinet makers, joiners, and machinists
• Implement and maintain quality control checkpoints to ensure zero-defect output
• Maintain a safe and compliant factory environment in line with WHS and Cm3 requirements
• Report weekly to the Managing Director on production status, costs, and efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in joinery, cabinet making, or shopfitting manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience managing a production team in a manufacturing or workshop setting
• Strong understanding of cabinet making processes and materials
• Proven project management capability regarding scheduling and coordination
• Strong commercial awareness regarding costs, waste, and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Cabinet Making, Carpentry, or Joinery
• Proficiency in Mozaik Drafting or Cabinet Vision software
• Experience in shopfitting or retail fitout manufacturing
• Familiarity with Nexvia or similar project management software
