Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans to meet deadlines and production targets
• Monitor production progress, quality metrics, and costs to improve efficiency
• Optimize workflows through lean manufacturing practices and reduce waste
• Oversee maintenance and operation of production equipment
• Build, train, and manage a high-performing production team
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Procurement teams for new product launches
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and other quality standards
• Enforce safety regulations and prepare detailed production reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing production management
• At least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in large-scale environments
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software (e.g., SAP, MES)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment management

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
