Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead production advancing by managing technical and hospitality riders and coordinating with artists, agents, and internal teams
• Plan and oversee event execution, including building production timelines and coordinating lighting, video, audio, and logistics
• Manage logistics such as transport, equipment movement, and on-site operational flow
• Source, negotiate, and manage external vendors to ensure alignment with budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Supervise on-site setup, rehearsals, and live event operations while leading production teams and crew

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event production, live entertainment, or large-scale venue operations
• Proven experience within nightlife or high-volume venues
• Strong technical understanding of audio, lighting, and video riders
• Demonstrated experience managing vendors, budgets, and production timelines
• Familiarity with Vectorworks
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
