Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production operations to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and on time
• Manage operational activities and priorities through supervisors
• Minimize operational expenditures within cost centers
• Drive team performance to meet or exceed company goals and objectives
• Provide coaching and mentoring to the team to drive operational results
• Ensure team adherence to all established policies and procedures

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an operations or production environment
• 2+ years of previous management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work, military, or education experience
• Ability to work a 1st shift schedule (Mon-Fri) with flexibility for overtime, including weekends and holidays
• Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization

Preferred Qualifications

• 12+ months of production or warehouse experience in high-speed operations
• Proven ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team player
