Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production operations to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and on time
• Manage operational activities and priorities through supervisors to meet production targets
• Minimize operational expenditures within cost centers
• Drive team performance to meet or exceed company goals and objectives
• Provide coaching and mentoring to the team to drive operational results
• Ensure all team members adhere to established company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an operations or production environment
• 2+ years of previous management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, military service, or education

Preferred Qualifications

• 12+ months of production or warehouse experience in a high-speed operation
• Ability to work as a team player while also maintaining the ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work an assigned 1st shift schedule, including required overtime on weekends and holidays
