Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities for fulfillment teams
• Build a high-performing culture focused on safety, GMP, quality, and continuous improvement
• Develop and manage standard operating procedures, visual tools, and checklists
• Set and improve targets for employee safety, food safety compliance, pick accuracy, and efficiency
• Partner with production managers to develop plans focusing on product freshness and on-time delivery
• Execute daily production plans and resolve day-to-day bottlenecks
• Drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with OH&S acts and regulations

Requirements

• 4+ years of Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain experience
• 4+ years of experience managing operational teams of 20+ members
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of OHS and Food Safety requirements in warehouse/production environments
• Problem-solving mentality with a data-driven approach
• Authentic leadership and effective collaboration skills
• Ability to work in environments with temperatures ranging from 0-30ºC
• Comfort with exposure to common food allergens

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications or licenses in Lean Six Sigma
