Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations in Plating, RTI, and Fulfillment while maintaining high standards for quality, hygiene, and occupational safety
• Ensure operational performance based on SQCDP KPIs, including shift performance, personnel planning, material flow, and escalation management
• Coach and develop Area Managers, Supervisors, and operational teams to foster a performance-oriented culture
• Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure stable end-to-end processes and support product launches and automation projects

Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience in food production, FMCG, logistics, or fulfillment environments
• Proven success in Operational Excellence, KPI management, and team development
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in chilled food production or Lean Management is an advantage
• Very good to fluent German and English skills
