Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex Manufacturing Department, ensuring high quality standards and overseeing efficiency and OEE KPIs
• Oversee production programming, detect deviations, and implement management actions to guarantee required levels
• Monitor and manage quality KPIs and take responsibility for the quality of parts produced within the shop
• Analyze indicators regarding the cost of auxiliary materials, including maintenance, indirect materials, and scrap
• Apply advanced knowledge of work cycles, methods, and delegation mechanisms
• Contribute to the definition of the surface treatment area budget
• Ensure compliance with safety at work procedures and manage environmental emergencies

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering
• 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing management or similar roles (e.g., Manufacturing Engineer, Operations Manager)
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and chemical processes
• Expertise in Lean Production and Project Management
• Proficiency in analyzing productive and non-productive business unit KPIs
• Fluent in English with strong reporting and IT/numerical skills
• Proven people management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a changing environment
