Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Daily management and production planning
• Work and shift scheduling
• Communication and coordination between shifts
• Follow-up on quality, machinery, and processes
• Conducting board meetings and creating clarity in daily operations
• Contributing to process optimization and structural development

Requirements

• Experience as a production or operations manager, preferably from the process industry
• Strong technical understanding (e.g., Machinist or Smith background)
• Ability to work independently and self-motivate
• Capability to create structure without unnecessary bureaucracy
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with changes and responsibility
