Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Guide and coordinate manufacturing activities including multi-level assembly, electronic card testing, and quality assurance
• Prioritize production schedules based on equipment efficiency and material supply to meet customer requirements
• Manage department budgets, operating costs, and resource requirements for material, equipment, and manpower
• Drive lean initiatives and continuous improvement within the fabrication department
• Oversee powder line management and ensure production quality and cost targets are met
• Partner with management and marketing to resolve manufacturing feasibility and cost-effectiveness for new and existing products
• Select, develop, and lead personnel across multiple shifts to ensure efficient operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5 years of operations experience, preferably in fabrication environments
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Experience leading multiple shifts and managing diverse teams
• Expertise with AMADA equipment (Laser, EMK, PEGA) and press brakes
• Experience managing powder coating lines with multiple colors
• Proficiency using DMM systems in a fabrication setting
• Proven experience driving lean initiatives
