Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets within the assigned area.
• Plan and prioritize production schedules based on demand, materials, and equipment availability.
• Manage resources including labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient and continuous operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as planning, engineering, and quality to support manufacturing goals.
• Drive process improvements in production techniques, testing, and operational efficiency.
• Support budgeting and cost control activities while meeting operational performance targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Operations & Production Leadership.
• Proven expertise in Strategic Planning & Execution to align production with business goals.
• Strong People Management & Leadership skills to develop and mentor teams.
• Ability to engage in Cross-Functional Collaboration and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Strong Problem Solving skills and experience in Financial Management regarding budgets and cost efficiency.
