Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and continuously improve safety protocols
• Collaborate with management to establish production and quality control standards
• Plan and direct production activities, setting priorities based on operations and cost
• Manage inventory, scrap, and material utilization
• Coordinate production with procurement, maintenance, and quality control
• Analyze production and operational reports using Six Sigma and root cause analysis
• Develop and implement operating methods to eliminate problems and improve quality
• Lead special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, or operations management (or Associate degree with 5-7 years related experience)
• 3-5 years of management experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and work in non-climate-controlled environments
• Tolerance for high noise levels
