Production Manager

About the Company

Construcciones Rubau has over 50 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, developing construction, concession, conservation, and maintenance activities in civil works and building projects. The company operates in countries such as Mexico, Poland, and Spain, with specialized divisions in water management, waste, renewable energies, and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in operational planning and production plan development
• Supervise on-site works to ensure daily progress aligns with planning
• Optimize technical-economic performance and control technical quality
• Perform progress monitoring and real site measurements compared to blueprints
• Specify needs for hiring, supplies, and tools for upcoming periods
• Organize and supervise site teams, including foremen, laborers, and subcontractors
• Supervise strict compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) measures
• Coordinate activities with subcontractors and maintain communication with Site Management and Safety Coordinators

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a production role
• Proven experience in the execution of at least one complete building project
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience with ERP environments (Business Central)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience with cost control and planning tools (TCQ / Project)
• Residency in the Community of Madrid or surrounding areas

Preferred Qualifications

• Specific training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) for site managers
