Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules based on factory capacity
• Review technical drawings and liaise with design teams for feasibility
• Supervise, train, and mentor workshop staff including carpenters and metal fabricators
• Manage material resources, inventory levels, and optimize usage
• Monitor project budgets and prepare cost estimates
• Establish and enforce quality standards for all outputs
• Enforce strict health, safety, and compliance (HSE) protocols
• Oversee the installation and dismantlement of projects on-site
• Submit weekly progress and milestone reports to management

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a production manager in the event industry
• Expertise in carpentry, metalwork, printing, foam work, and painting
• Deep understanding of fabrication techniques and material sourcing
• Proficiency with MS Office and CAD software or ERP systems
• Strong team management and leadership abilities
• Ability to resolve production bottlenecks and adapt to changing timelines
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field preferred
