Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Enforce all safety rules and procedures to promote a zero-incident culture and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Supervise process equipment readiness and lead technical troubleshooting for equipment failures or process deviations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop production operators through structured coaching, mentoring, and targeted training programs.
• Plan and organize daily production schedules to meet safety, quality, and service targets while optimizing resource allocation.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and waste reduction to enhance plant performance.
• Monitor and optimize direct production costs, including utilities, consumables, and workforce efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of working experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
• Proven track record in operator leadership and problem-solving.
• Strong English proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong safety and quality mindset with a commitment to operational excellence.
