Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Work with overall coordinating production issues in the contract for the client organization
• Quality assurance of schedules and production planning
• Planning of logistics, transport, and access to necessary areas
• Ensure material availability
• Quality assure and ensure buildability in FU/BH
• Follow up production with focus on progress and contract compliance
• Ensure control programs and plans are followed by both client and contractor
• Develop and apply methods for production planning, follow-up, and management
• Ensure work is carried out according to timelines, budget, and safety regulations
• Collaborate with project management, contractors, and subcontractors
• Document and report status, deviations, and proposed solutions
• Coordinate inspections and views belonging to the project

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Academic degree (180 hp/120p) in construction, civil engineering, or railway, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a construction manager or production manager in civil engineering (not older than 15 years)
• Minimum 24 months of experience in construction/production management for projects with >300 MSEK turnover
• Good knowledge of contract law (AB, ABT, ABK) and industry standards (AMA, MER)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in complex logistics coordination, preferably in a railway environment
• Ability to coordinate complex issues in civil engineering projects with many parallel disciplines
• Experience in completing tender documents or construction documents for execution contracts
