Production Manager, Cell Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans to meet deadlines and production targets
• Monitor production progress, quality metrics, and costs to improve efficiency
• Implement 5S standards and Visual Management systems
• Conduct daily Gemba walks to resolve floor-level bottlenecks
• Optimize workflows through lean manufacturing practices
• Oversee maintenance and operation of production equipment
• Build, train, and manage a high-performing production team
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Procurement teams for new product launches
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards
• Enforce safety regulations and prepare detailed production reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing production management
• At least 3 years in a managerial role
• Proficiency in production planning, cost control, and quality assurance
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software (e.g., SAP, MES)

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience in large-scale production environments
