Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor the production flow of assigned departments to anticipate bottlenecks
• Ensure production targets are met regarding volumes and quality
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, Obeya, and skills matrix
• Manage operational teams to promote people development and a collaborative climate
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations
• Interact with service/product suppliers and various internal business areas

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or related disciplines
• Approximately 5 years of experience in production or operations management roles
• Experience managing medium-sized operational teams (20-30 people)
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
