Production Manager - Boilermaking Workshop

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a production team on the ground, including pipefitters, boilermakers, metalworkers, designers, welders, and preparers.
• Define team priorities and objectives, ensuring all production targets and delivery deadlines are met.
• Organize work schedules, distribute tasks, and dimension the workforce (permanent and temporary staff) based on production flows.
• Develop, adapt, and evaluate employee skills through interviews, training, and performance reviews.
• Manage the workshop budget, including investment planning and cost control in coordination with management.
• Guarantee the quality of manufacturing processes for both workshop production and on-site installations.
• Foster team cohesion and motivation through regular meetings and performance indicator presentations.

Requirements

• Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree in a relevant engineering or technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar production management role within a boilermaking workshop.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, specifically CODAP, CODETI, and EUROCODES.
• Proven experience working within the constraints and standards of the nuclear industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse technical team.
• Pragmatic, organized, and autonomous approach to field management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of RCCM standards is a significant plus.
• Experience in fine boilermaking and advanced welding techniques.
