Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Guarantee safety of people and property by enforcing security rules and conducting safety visits
• Manage production teams including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards, including HACCP and quality documentation
• Meet production objectives regarding costs, deadlines, and budgets
• Drive continuous improvement through performance rituals, visual management, and reporting
• Participate in the industrialization of new processes and equipment

Requirements

• Bac+3 degree in Production Management or Industrial Projects
• 3 to 5 years of experience in production team management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience in food processing, pharmaceutical, or similar sectors is a plus
