Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of electricians and maintenance specialists to ensure high performance.
• Manage the lifecycle of all electrical systems, support equipment, and conveyance systems.
• Oversee the execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure plant operations maintain high uptime and production throughput while minimizing downtime.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations, company policies, and food safety standards.
• Manage resources including personnel, tools, materials, and external contractors.
• Provide project management support for capital improvements, line speed alterations, and safety initiatives.

Requirements

• Technical knowledge of industrial electrical systems and support equipment.
• Working knowledge of automation and controls.
• Experience in maintenance planning or utilizing work order systems.
• Proven experience leading and supervising electrical and mechanical maintenance teams.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and process improvement skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
