Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, control, and coordinate the manufacturing process and corrective equipment maintenance during rotating shifts.
• Manage resources and suggest strategic guidelines to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Monitor quality inspections and implement corrections to meet customer requirements.
• Supervise TPM checklists to detect and correct equipment anomalies.
• Monitor production orders to ensure customer demand is met and manage input/energy consumption.
• Promote safety, health, quality, and environmental standards (EHS) and participate in audits.
• Foster continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen) and ensure compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 22000, 45001).
• Lead and develop the work team through regular feedback and supervision to optimize results.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (Required).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar manufacturing roles (Required).
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office (Required).
• Advanced statistical knowledge (Required).
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and results-oriented skills (Required).
• Availability to work rotating shifts (Required).
• Intermediate English proficiency (Required).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP systems.
• Knowledge of statistical control software such as QAS or Minitab.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, VSM, Six Sigma, SMED, TPM, Kaizen).
• Certifications or diplomas in Quality or ISO Internal Auditor (9001, 14001, 45001).
