Production Manager - Audio Visual

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the AV and technical production team to deliver exceptional entertainment experiences
• Coordinate with creative directors, performers, and other departments to ensure technical requirements are met
• Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of AV equipment including lighting, sound, video, and special effects
• Develop and manage production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all technical operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly during rehearsals and live performances
• Maintain inventory and ensure timely procurement and maintenance of technical equipment
• Train and mentor technical staff to uphold high standards of performance and professionalism

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Theater, AV Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AV production management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of AV systems, lighting, sound, and stage technologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with health and safety standards in live entertainment environments
