Production Management Trainee – Factory Master

Responsibilities

• Step-by-step assumption of leadership tasks in window production
• Coordination of workflows and manufacturing processes
• Quality assurance and technical control of work results
• Professional guidance and motivation of the production team
• Participation in the optimization of processes and workflows
• Acting as an interface to work preparation, project management, and management
• Co-development and implementation of training concepts

Requirements

• Completed training in the wood sector (e.g., carpenter, wood technician)
• Ideally further training as a master craftsman (Werkmeister/Meister/HTL) or willingness to do so
• Experience in production (window construction or comparable field)
• Hands-on mentality, leadership potential, and team orientation
• Interest in high-quality, traditional window systems
• Organizational skills and reliability
