Production Maintenance Worker

Responsibilities

• Perform manual assembly tasks, including soldering and operating semi-automated processing equipment and ovens
• Use microscopes to perform and inspect microelectronic component work
• Follow detailed written work instructions using the Factory Operating System (FOS)
• Create nonconformances in FOS and perform necessary rework
• Conduct in-process inspections in accordance with company standards and customer specifications
• Maintain flexibility with work assignments and communicate effectively within the team
• Work the 3rd shift schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required
• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) or vocational/technical education
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Experience with microelectronics and/or within the aerospace or defense industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Solder experience to Military and/or ANSI/J standards
• Microelectronic assembly experience
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong hand/finger dexterity and attention to detail
• Basic computer and math skills
