Production Maintenance Technician III

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial manufacturing systems
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues involving pumps, motors, PLC, CNC machinery, robotics, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to guide repairs
• Maintain accurate records of production processes and maintenance results
• Perform quality control checks on products and identify potential equipment failures
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience performing electrical and mechanical maintenance on industrial manufacturing or production equipment
• Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot industrial equipment such as pumps, bearings, blowers, fans, and gearboxes
• Ability to work in an aerial lift or scissor lift at heights up to 30 feet
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, bending, stooping, and kneeling
• Ability to work night shifts (typically 6:00 pm – 6:00 am) and overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Five years of experience performing maintenance on industrial manufacturing production equipment
