Production Maintenance Technician II

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for production equipment maintenance, including construction, modification, and improvement.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting, component replacement, and mechanical repairs to ensure operational quality.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance operations and machine installations.
• Assist in training Maintenance Tech I staff and production employees on equipment operation, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with FDA, cGMP, and SOP standards.
• Manage spare parts inventory by monitoring levels and initiating requisitions.
• Work within a clean room environment requiring specific gowning protocols.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a production maintenance position.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, squatting, kneeling, and bending.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work the 3rd shift schedule (Wednesday - Saturday, 6:00 pm - 6:30 am).

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of accredited electrical training.
• Experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in a clean room environment.
• Experience with refrigeration or HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in welding and machining.
