Production Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform technical adjustments and maintenance on production lines, including complex settings and equipment synchronization.
• Execute 1st and 2nd level maintenance tasks such as deep cleaning, consumable replacement, and tightening campaigns.
• Conduct periodic or 3rd level maintenance, including the replacement of major components like motors and axes.
• Ensure strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/BPF) and maintain full traceability of all maintenance operations.
• Coordinate with production pilots to organize interventions and communicate work progress to the team.
• Provide tutoring and training to production operators to improve equipment autonomy and operational efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement by identifying root causes of failures and proposing realistic optimization actions.

Requirements

• Bac +2 degree in Industrial Maintenance.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic English skills.
• Strong sense of organization, autonomy, and ability to work effectively within a team.
